Managing the project team on a daily basis
- Managing the project team on a daily basis
- Communicate regularly with the professional teams throughout the project
- Implement the chosen technical solutions and make them accessible and understandable to both technical and operational teams.
- Possess significant experience in defining and managing product backlogs.
- Be comfortable with Agile methods, including Scrum, Sprint Planning and backlog management.
- Have a thorough understanding of data analysis and business intelligence concepts.
- to be able to communicate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders, using appropriate communication tools.
- Possessing an ability to step back and objectively evaluate problems and solutions.
- to be able to work in a team and to collaborate effectively with other team members.
- Having the capacity for analysis and continuous improvement, by questioning existing solutions in order to improve them.
- Knowledge of Agile project management methods (Scrum, Sprint Planning, Backlog)
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
A Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or equivalent university qualification with a specialization in computer science, or equivalent significant experience.
- You have solid experience in project management (V-model and Agile Scrum method).
- Over 5 years of experience as a Run Manager
- Preferred technical certifications: CCNA/CCNP, ITIL.
- Natural leadership, a sense of pedagogy and transmission.
- Excellent mastery of project issues (costs, deadlines, quality, management).
- comfortable with planning, ticketing, and management tools (Excel, Jira,/li>
- ServiceNow, or equivalent).
- Ability to step back and reflect: The ability to evaluate problems objectively and propose solutions for improvement.
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards.
- Team spirit: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in French, both written and spoken.
