RWRSA - Cluster Public Relations Manager Rosewood Hotels and Resorts

The Cluster Public Relations Manager leads all public relations and earned media activities for Rosewood AMAALA and Rosewood Red Sea. Based in Riyadh, this role is responsible for shaping brand narrative, strengthening reputation, and driving high-impact media visibility across KSA, GCC, and key international markets.

Working closely with the Cluster Director of Communications and in collaboration with Sales & Marketing leadership, the role ensures that all external communications align with Rosewood brand standards, destination protocols, and commercial objectives. Regular travel to both destinations is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the cluster PR strategy aligned with brand and destination positioning.

• Manage media relations, press storytelling, and earned coverage across regional and international markets.

• Serve as a key Arabic-speaking media contact when required, ensuring cultural fluency and message accuracy.

• Oversee press releases, media materials, executive messaging, and press kits.

• Manage media visits, influencer stays, and press activations in line with ultra-luxury standards.

• Coordinate closely with destination authorities and corporate communications to ensure compliance and approvals.

• Support crisis communications and reputation management initiatives.

• Manage PR agencies, budgets, and performance reporting.

• Monitor media coverage, sentiment, and PR KPIs, providing insights to leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

• 4 6 years of experience in PR within luxury hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, or related sectors.

• Fluent Arabic and English (written and spoken) required.

• Strong media network across KSA and GCC.

• Proven experience managing press relations, media visits, and PR activations.

• Excellent writing, storytelling, and editorial judgment skills.

• High cultural intelligence, discretion, and professionalism.

• Experience working with PR agencies and multiple stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.
