Administration & Maintenance ERP

  • Administer and deploy ERP Sage X3
  • Manage users and access rights
  • Ensure version upgrades and corrective and evolutionary maintenance
  • Monitor interfaces and data flows

Configuration & Development

  • Configure the modules:
  • Finance & Accounting
  • Purchases & Inventory
  • Sales & Logistics
  • Production (factory environment)
  • Develop and maintain Sage X3 specifications
  • Implement tools for automating and optimizing workflows

Int grations & Donn es

  • Provide interfaces between Sage X3 and other systems (WMS, CRM, BI, etc.)
  • Ensuring the reliability of data (inventory, finance, production)
  • Monitor databases (especially Microsoft SQL Server)

Support & Am lioration Continue

  • Provide user support (Level 1-3)
  • Train the key users
  • Identify and propose areas for process improvement
  • Participating in the digitalization of third-party business processes

ERP Project Management

  • Manage implementation, migration or upgrade projects
  • Translating third-party business needs into technical solutions
  • Coordinate external service providers and integrators
  • Ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality standards

Education & Diploma:

  • Bachelor's degree (4-year) / Master's degree (5-year) in Computer Science, Information Systems or Software Engineering
  • Sage X3 certification (highly desirable)

  • Specialization in Sage X3 ERP (mandatory)
  • Configuration of the Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, and Production modules
  • Administration ERP
  • X3 Interface Management
  • Mont is version
  • Specific development of Sage X3
  • Databases are
  • My mastery of Microsoft SQL Server (priority)
  • Advanced SQL queries
  • Tools & Integration
  • Workflow automation tools
