الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Order management and tracking:

  • Ensure that orders are effectively processed and recorded, and guarantee their dispatch and delivery to the customer.
  • Regularly report sales-related information to its hierarchy using appropriate indicators.
  • Manage inventory by anticipating and planning demand.
  • Supervise the supply of new products and services.
  • Handle litigation files (disputes, complaints, etc.).

Coordination of different internal and external actors:

  • Facilitate relations between the various service providers and internal departments in order to ensure the successful completion of sales (carriers, sales representatives).
  • Maintain the link between the sales team and support functions.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with the organization's customers (calls, emails, meetings) as well as with the various suppliers involved, such as delivery companies.
  • Work closely with the company's various departments (purchasing, accounting, logistics, finance, sales, IT).

Administrative management and invoicing:

  • Ensure the correct transmission of administrative information relating to the sale between the stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards, as well as compliance with processes and best practices, at all stages of the sale.
  • Manage invoicing, customer credits as well as unpaid amounts or potential disputes by creating sales contracts and export documents (such as certificates of origin).
  • Carry out calls for tender and negotiate sales conditions with customers.
  • develop specifications relating to relations between the company and service providers and suppliers.
  • Management of customer files and sales documents.
  • Bac + 4 in financial sciences/international trade.
  • Experience of 03 years or more in the field.
  • Fluency in French (English would be an asset).
  • Perfect mastery of IT tools and sales management software;
  • Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems may also be an advantage.
