Commercial management and tenders

• Monitor calls for tenders (public and private)
• Retrieve, analyze and sort the specifications (CDC)
• Prepare the administrative and commercial files
• Monitor submissions and responses to calls for tenders

Billing and customer follow-up

• Prepare customer invoices in accordance with the contracts and agreements awarded.
• Ensure follow-up on issued invoices (transmission, reminders, payment schedules)
• Participate in monitoring customer receivables in coordination with the finance department.
• Update the tracking spreadsheets (invoicing, cash receipts, outstanding payments)

Administrative follow-up

• Classify and archive commercial and contractual files
• Ensure coordination with internal departments (finance, operations)
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
