Role Purpose: Liaise with respective department to ensure TAT is maintained as per HF Policy for internal unit coordination. Maintain MIS to ensure 100% Service Quality. Manage leads and LMS system and related data. Manages office requirements. Responsible for Sales Support Related activity to facilitate smooth transaction and closer of business.

• RCSA control.

Results Required: Accurate MIS system. TAT- 24 Hours . Department efficiency. Target achievement and fast response.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

• Pro active and very energetic.
• Efficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Highly organized.
• Advanced computer skills.

Previous experience required (if any): Coordination experience in real estate or banking
