الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- Coordinate and manage sales activities, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing necessary sales data and analysis.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of sales strategies and plans.
- Manage sales orders and ensure timely delivery and follow-up.
- Directly engage in sales activities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends and report to the Controlling Officer.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales coordination and direct sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
