Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional ready to make an impact? We re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help drive growth across the META region for SentinelOne s enterprise sales team.
In this role, you ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying high-value leads through both inbound and outbound outreach. You ll serve as a key link between our Marketing and Sales teams - initiating conversations, understanding potential customers needs, and setting the foundation for successful enterprise-level engagements.

What will you do?
- Present SentinelOne to potential enterprise clients in our Arabic speaking markets.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage inbound interest and actively pursue outbound opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Understand client needs, business models, and key decision-making processes.
- Tailor product messaging and solutions to resonate with enterprise-level prospects.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Book qualified meetings and calls for Account Executives to progress deals.
- Collaborate closely with the enterprise sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and strategic alignment.
- Report on key metrics, pipeline activity, and outcomes to the Business Development Manager.
- Stay current on product features, competitive landscape, and relevant industry trends.
What skills and experience should you bring?
- Fluency in English & Arabic (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in a Sales Development, Sales Account Executive, or related lead-generation role.
- Confidence and professionalism in cold calling and outbound outreach.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Solid working knowledge of Excel for tracking and analyzing performance data.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to confidently deliver engaging and persuasive presentations.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for growth and learning.
