Achieves and exceeds sales revenue quota targets by winning new avenues and orders through prospecting and developing new customer relationships.
Identifies and qualifies legitimate opportunities, providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop relationships. Builds a sales pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Establishes and cultivates effective business relationships, both cross-functionally and with internal organizations to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales organization.
Manages customer relationship and is responsible for an entire customer across assigned geographies and capabilities.
Creating Quotations and reporting in the CRM for the team.
Responsible for managing and reviewing the order processing cycle for the team.
Ensuring the Oracle system accuracy in terms of active, on hold and cancelled orders.
Tracking and following of the receivables and ensuring effective implementations of credit/payment terms.
Quarterly/Half yearly review of the Oracle system to ensure accuracy of data and to clear the system from all redundant and obsolete entries.
Managing complete order processing cycle in a transparent & effective way.
Serves as the point of contact for consultant, MEP contractors, End User and Key Accounts
Prepare and present relevant reports on defined frequency or as and when required by the management.
Help to identify and shortlist as well as participate in exhibitions and other related marketing activities.
Manage Business development and Sales Team and make sure of full compliance of following activities:
Negotiates orders and manages Customer Relationships.
Provides marketing inputs and Brand Development as well as provide Company approval & Registration with Consultants.
Collects market information on products and provides regular feedback.
Reviews and presents regular business plans to management including order forecasts & others.
Identifies new opportunities with current customer base for product line extensions.
Constantly updates in with the product and market knowledge. Provide competitor analysis and reviews.
Export Sales - Reporting and Planning sales prospects

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) with a strong technical foundation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical sales or engineering support role, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Professional certifications in sales engineering or technical sales (e.g., Certified Sales Engineer) are highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in managing customer relationships and navigating complex sales cycles successfully.
- Fluency in English and local languages, with exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide customized solutions that drive satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and industry challenges.
- Professional demeanor with excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
