الأدوار والمسؤوليات
Achieve unit sales budget and gross margin targets for air compressors and accessories
Generate new business by visiting and developing potential customers across assigned territory
Prepare techno-commercial quotations, conduct regular follow-ups, and close profitable deals
Manage key accounts within the territory and drive customer retention and repeat orders
Coordinate closely with the National Sales Manager to support business development initiatives
Ensure timely payment collections and maintain compliance with FAMCO policies
Monitor and report competitor activities and market trends within the air compressor industry
Stay updated on industry regulations, EPC standards, and Oil & Gas sector requirements
Promote product marketing initiatives to increase market penetration and share
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Required skills to be successful:
Strong knowledge of rotary screw air compressors and compressed air systems
Proven ability to prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate at executive level
Strong understanding of EPC contractors and Oil & Gas sector regulations
Excellent communication skills across different organizational hierarchies
Strong key account management and customer relationship skills
Ability to generate enquiries and convert them into profitable orders
High level of commercial awareness and market intelligence
What equips you for the role:
Engineering Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in rotary screw air compressor sales
Strong understanding of compressed air systems and industrial applications
Proven track record of achieving sales and gross margin targets
Experience handling key accounts within industrial or Oil & Gas sectors
Valid UAE Driving License
Customer-focused mindset with strong negotiation capability
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
Calm, confident personality with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels
