الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for audit, accounting, and tax services.

  • Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and field visits (free zones, business hubs, etc.).

  • Re-engage existing leads and inactive clients to generate new business.

  • Organize and participate in seminars, exhibitions, and networking events.


Sales Execution & Closing

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure.

  • Conduct meetings with prospective clients and present tailored service offerings.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and successfully close deals.

  • Lead or support contract negotiations and finalize agreements.

  • Ensure smooth handover to audit and accounts teams post-sale.


Client Growth & Cross-Selling

  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services to existing clients.

  • Align solutions with client needs across audit, tax, and accounting services.


Strategy & Market Awareness

  • Execute sales strategies aligned with revenue targets and growth objectives.

  • Maintain and track sales pipeline, conversions, and forecasts.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  1. Bachelor’s degree (required)

  2. 2–4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the UAE

  3. Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets

  4. Experience in selling audit, accounting, or financial services is a strong advantage

  5. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  6. Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus

  7. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented

  8. UAE driving license preferred
