About the Client
Our Client is a full-service creative and branding agency based in Dubai. The studio delivers end-to-end creative solutions including branding, rebranding, social media management, packaging design, photography, videography, and in-house design team services. CSS operates in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and creativity-driven environment, working closely with clients across multiple industries to build strong, consistent brand identities.

About the Role
The Sales Executive plays a key role in driving business growth for CSS by identifying new client opportunities, building long-term relationships, and converting prospects into retained clients. This role requires a strong understanding of creative services, branding solutions, and client needs, along with the ability to collaborate closely with internal design and project teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for branding and creative services
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand branding, marketing, and creative requirements
- Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and commercial presentations aligned with client needs
- Convert qualified leads into closed deals and achieve assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers
- Drive client retention, repeat business, and upselling of additional services
- Coordinate with design and project management teams for smooth client onboarding and handover
- Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM or internal tracking tools
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the creative and branding space
- Share regular sales updates and market insights with management
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within a creative agency, branding, marketing, or services environment
- Strong understanding of branding, design services, and creative workflows
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative setup
