We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in El Jadida, Morocco. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

  • p>Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the El Jadida region and its surroundings/p>
  • Organize product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
  • To negotiate and conclude sales contracts in order to achieve or exceed the objectives set.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Participate in professional events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.
  • p>Maintain accurate records of all business activities in the company's CRM system/p>
  • p>Provide regular reports on business performance and market information to management/p>

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Proven experience in sales, minimum 3 years

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse clients. Strong negotiation and contract closing skills.
  • My proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Convincing presentation skills
  • Master's degree in business, marketing or a related field
  • My fluency in Arabic and French; fluency in English is an asset
  • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies
  • Understanding the dynamics of the local market in Marrakech and the surrounding area
  • Personal motivation and a results-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel in the region
