Education & Professional Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of relevant sales experience within waterproofing systems, construction chemicals, or specialty building materials.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.

Functional & Technical Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of waterproofing and construction chemical (WCC/WPCC) products and application methodologies.

• Proven expertise in project-based sales within the UAE construction market.

• Ability to conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and on-site consultations.

• Strong understanding of project sales cycles, tendering processes, and specification-based selling.

• Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.

• Sound knowledge of market analysis, pricing structures, competitor intelligence, and industry trends.

• Strong project tracking, follow-up, and order conversion capabilities.

Preferred Prerequisites

• Fluency in both English and Arabic language (written and spoken).

• Valid UAE Driving License.

• Own vehicle (for field sales mobility).

• Availability for immediate or short-notice joining.
