الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- Managing client relationships
- Identifying business opportunities
- Creating and maintaining sales accounts
- Meeting sales and collection targets
- Maintaining product knowledge
- Processing customer orders
- Handling inquiries
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate sales activities
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients
- Proficiency in sales strategies, lead generation, and account management
- Ability to effectively manage and coordinate multiple tasks with attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Previous end-user sales experience of PPE/fall protection products, hardware and electrical items
- Knowledge and experience of dealing with Oil & Gas, Civil & Marine contractors is advantageous
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and capability to meet deadlines
- Valid UAE driving license mandatory for Sales Executives and preferred for Sales Coordinators
