Sales Manager - ERP

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the ERP sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and recommend enhancements to maintain a leading market position.
• Engage and collaborate with government agencies to promote ERP adoption among SMEs.
• Identify potential customer leads, nurture the sales pipeline, and drive conversions.
• Partner directly with SME customers to assess needs, tailor ERP solutions, and position ERP as a SaaS (Software as a Service) offering.
• Build and lead a high performing sales team to achieve revenue and market targets.

Required Experience:

• 4 to 5 years in ERP sales, with exposure to leading solutions such as MS Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite, Infor Cloud Suite, SAP S4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud, or Odoo.
• A track record of success in a reputable organization.This role is ideal for an ambitious sales leader with expertise in ERP solutions and a passion for driving SME digital transformation in a competitive landscape.
