Requirements:
Valid transferable 18 visa in Kuwait
Relevant experience in sales management, preferably in the mobile sector
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to drive sales strategy, set targets, and manage a team
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow mobile category revenue
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
Build and maintain relationships with key distributors and retailers
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
