We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager for Wholesale Flooring to drive our sales footprint across the UAE and Muscat, Oman. Managing a team of seven from our Umm Al Quwain HQ, you will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle—from strategic procurement and revenue growth to meticulous receivables management. This role requires a strategic leader with a commitment to hands-on execution to ensure RFT remains a market leader in the regional flooring industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Leadership: Drive the flooring wholesale division to consistently outperform both short-term targets and long-term revenue objectives through high-impact sales strategies.
• Strategic Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain high-value B2B partnerships with retail chains, interior design firms, and large-scale contractors across the region.
• Market Expansion: Lead the strategic transition into Home Centers and the B2C sector to aggressively capture and grow RFT’s regional market share.
• Financial & Receivables Oversight: Protect the company’s bottom line by managing the full receivables lifecycle and implementing rigorous collection strategies to ensure optimal cash flow.
• Global Procurement & Logistics: Manage the end-to-end supply chain by liaising with international manufacturers and regional representatives to ensure lean, responsive inventory levels.
• Commercial Intelligence: Monitor competitor movements and emerging market trends to provide data-driven recommendations for product development and service enhancements.
• Sales Team Development: Spearhead the recruitment, mentorship, and performance management of sales and administrative staff to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.
• Executive Reporting: Deliver detailed, transparent insights to the Directors regarding regional sales performance, market positioning, and financial health.

• Academic Background: A university degree (BS/MS) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is considered a distinct advantage.
• Professional Experience: A proven track record as a Sales Manager, specifically within the flooring or building materials sector, with demonstrated success in meeting both revenue and collection targets.
• Sector Expertise: Deep commercial awareness and established knowledge of the wholesale flooring landscape, including market dynamics and distribution channels.
• Leadership & Execution: A demonstrated ability to oversee the entire sales lifecycle—from strategic planning to closing—while effectively leading and motivating teams across all organizational levels.
• Digital Proficiency: Advanced computer literacy with professional mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) for reporting and data analysis.
• Mobility: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory, as regional travel to clients and our Muscat operations will be required. Core Skills
