Key Responsibilities
- 1. Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a team of offshore Tele-Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives and Sales Team-Leaders.
- Provide continuous, hands-on coaching and mentorship to elevate team performance, develop skills, and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Establish and manage clear sales quotas, KPIs, and performance objectives for the team and each individual.
- Cultivate a collaborative, high-energy, and winning remote team culture.
- 2. Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to successfully penetrate and expand our market share in the USA and Canada.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
- Oversee the team's management of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure, excisting client retentions and renewals.
- 3. Sales Operations & Analytics:
- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline and lead generation processes within our CRM.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and create insightful performance reports for senior leadership.
- Leverage sales data and analytics to make informed strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure rigorous documentation and tracking of all sales activities in the CRM for data integrity.
- 4. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Personally engage with key accounts and high-value prospects to support your team in closing strategic deals.
- Act as a senior point of escalation for client issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
- Collaborate closely with other stakeholder teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and align on go-to-market strategies.

Experience: 5+ years in a sales role, with at least 3 years in a sales management position leading a successful team (B2B experience is a valued asset)
Preferred Qualifications (The Ideal Candidate)
- Background in the dental, medical device/services, healthcare IT, or a related B2B technology industry.
- Direct experience selling digital dental products or services.
- A deep understanding of digital dental workflows, implantology, and guided surgery principles.
- A clinical, technical or digital background in dentistry.
- Medical Background University's degree (Dentistry/Medicine/Pharmaceutical)
