Role: Sales Manager ( Microsoft Solutions - AI, dynamic, M365, Sharepoints etc)

Location: Qatar ( Onsite)

Job Type: Full time, Permanent Role (with the client)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Experience: Must have 8+ years - Middle east experinece with Qatar exposure ( 2+ years even virtual experience is fine, if expertise is there), Arabic language experince is very much advatange


The Sales Manager will lead business development and revenue growth for Microsoft technologies in Qatar. The role requires a strong hunter mindset, consultative selling capability, and established relationships with enterprise decision-makers.


You will own the complete sales cycle — from opportunity creation to closure — while working closely with pre-sales, delivery, and Microsoft teams.


  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Copilot, and AI solutions.

  • Build and nurture relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and senior business stakeholders.

  • Drive strategic account planning aligned with customer objectives, budgets, and transformation roadmaps.

  • Work with solution architects and pre-sales teams to develop winning proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.

  • Leverage Microsoft partner programs, co-selling motions, and GTM initiatives to accelerate pipeline growth.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and reporting through CRM systems.

  • Stay current on Microsoft licensing, promotions, funding programs, and competitive positioning.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).

  2. 8+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services/solutions.

  3. Minimum 3 years of direct selling experience around Microsoft technologies.

  4. Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud, licensing, migration, security, and AI adoption.

  5. Good knowledge of Qatar’s enterprise landscape, procurement cycles, and governance models.

  6. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.

  7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills.

  8. Arabic language capability is an advantage.

  9. Experience working within Microsoft’s partner ecosystem is highly preferred
