Job description
Hiring a Sales Manager for one of Dubai's Top 2 Real Estate Developers. The role will be located in Dubai,
UAE.
The role will depend on existing broker network will be essential. You will be reporting to a Sales Director and will focus on driving sales excellence and conversion.
The title Sales Manager holds no the managerial or team related responsibilities. If you are HUNGRY
with Sales Industry environment, establishing effective broker relations in a short period, and looking to
make well over $200k/year, then you are in the right place.

Requirements:
• Bilingual or Trilingual
• E.U + U.S + U.K Visa/Residency might be a plus
• Extensive brokers network
• Empathetic listener and excellent communicator
• Excellent negotiator and influencer
• Having a client focused approach
• Drive for Results and having a clear career objective/purpose
• Ability to turn challenges into growth opportunities
• Solution and growth driven mindset

Skills:
• Tech Savvy
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Clear verbal and written communication in English
• Dutch, or Malay, or German, or Persian, or Norwegian is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to take initiative; constantly proactive and self-motivated
• Efficiency in MS office + Adobe
