- Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new steel fabrication projects, focusing on high-value opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure repeat business.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the fabrication and engineering teams to ensure accurate project specifications and timely delivery.

- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Has a minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience within the steel fabrication industry.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of steel fabrication processes, materials, and industry standards.
- Displays strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
- Possesses a valid driver's license and is willing to travel as needed to meet clients and visit job sites.
