Now, we re looking for a world-class Sales & Marketing Director to join our leadership team and drive our next phase of growth.

What You ll Do

• Lead Tribe X s global sales and marketing strategy from positioning and outreach to deal-closing and retention.
• Refresh and elevate our entire brand presence, from the website and case studies to social media and sales decks.
• Design and execute GTM plans to expand into new verticals.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and paid media teams to develop irresistible propositions that win high-value clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients across the UAE, Europe, and the US and turn them into long-term partners.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of experience in sales or marketing ideally both within a creative, media, or digital agency.
• A proven track record of driving growth and leading successful client acquisition strategies.
• Deep understanding of luxury audiences and the nuances of positioning high-end brands.
• Excellent storytelling, pitch, and presentation skills whether face-to-face or in a deck.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach.
• Independent, self-driven, and hungry to lead, scale, and make a real mark.
