We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

- Analyze sales performance data using system dashboards and reporting tools to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support strategic planning.
- Prepare and deliver regular KPI reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to ensure leadership has accurate visibility in sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Manage full Sales Automation operations, including configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of SUBDs (Sub Distributors), as well as implementing new automation functionalities and workflows.
- Ensure accuracy and validation of SUBDs stock levels, IMS (Inventory Management System) data, and related KPIs, maintaining data integrity across all platforms.
- Oversee Pharma Sales Automation modules, including digital visit tracking, order processing, and VS Card functionalities, ensuring smooth operation and alignment with field requirements.
- Provide technical support for sales teams, including diagnosing system issues, resolving device related problems, coordinating device procurement, and managing replacements.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams and management to deliver timely, accurate system generated reports and ensure alignment between system outputs and business needs.
- Handle system errors, bugs, data inconsistencies, and human input mistakes by troubleshooting issues, coordinating fixes, and ensuring minimal operational disruption.
- Train cross functional teams (Accountants, Supervisors, Sales Managers, Sales Representatives, Admin staff) on system usage, new features, best practices, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Manage geo mapping activities, including route creation, optimization, and adjustments based on territory changes, performance insights, and operational needs.
- Maintain, update, and validate customer databases (DBs), ensuring accurate segmentation, classification, and alignment with sales territories and automation systems.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- Engineering, Statistics bachelor s degree, or a related field.
- More than 2 years of experience of systems and automation support
- More than 2 years of experience in using advanced analysis tools (Power PI, SQL, Advanced Excel)
- Creating Smart apps and advanced tools and strong experience in sales automation is a plus.
- Different roles, projects experiences in pharma, Traditional Trade and Modern trade channels.
