What You ll Be Doing at Arrow?

• End-to-End RMA Management: Own the full return lifecycle, including issuing RMA numbers, tracking incoming goods, and coordinating repairs, replacements, or credits with the suppliers, our integration facility, warehouse and finance teams.

• Dispute & Claim Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer and partner claims related to shipping damages and logistics delays.

• Global Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between international customers, external suppliers, and internal departments (Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Logistics) to ensure timely resolution.

• Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with vendors regarding warranty claims, part replacements, and reconciliation of vendor invoice discrepancies.

• Data Integrity & ERP Management: Maintain accurate records of all return activities and claims in the company s ERP (Oracle) and CRM (Salesforce) systems.
