- Oversee daily operations of the fitness center to ensure seamless member experiences and efficient facility management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve membership growth and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and operations staff, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in sales and operational processes.
- Collaborate with marketing to design and execute promotional campaigns and community outreach initiatives.
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards within the facility.
- Resolve member inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain equipment and facility standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, operational metrics, and team achievements to senior management.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales and operations management, preferably within the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and revenue generation strategies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make informed decisions.
- Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Flexibility to work onsite and adapt to changing operational needs.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding member service and upholding company values.
