الأدوار والمسؤوليات

1. Team Leadership & Management

  • Manage and develop the Sales Support team, ensuring high performance and engagement.
  • Establish a sustainable development plan and implement a succession strategy for key roles.
  • Monitor workload distribution and optimize team efficiency.

2. Technical & Commercial Support

  • Oversee the review of all incoming inquiries, ensuring accurate technical specifications and detailed costing (including factory material and local costs).
  • Support the Pre-Sales function with early involvement in projects, providing technical studies and traffic analysis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of proposals and quotations in line with company standards.

3. Order Review & Accuracy

  • Conduct thorough reviews of projects prior to order placement, ensuring zero tolerance between estimation and Purchase Order to the factory.
  • Enable Operations Project Managers/Engineers to issue Purchase Orders without errors or discrepancies.

4. Client & Sales Interaction

  • Attend client meetings alongside Sales Representatives when required to provide technical expertise and support.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and the factory to resolve technical or commercial queries.

5. Continuous Improvement & Compliance

  • Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, technical standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in sales support, technical sales, or project management within the elevator/escalator industry or similar.
  • Skills:
    • Strong technical understanding of elevator systems and traffic analysis.
    • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
    • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in costing, estimation, and ERP systems.
    • Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Key Competencies

  • Strategic thinking and planning.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative and cross-functional leadership.

Requirements:

  • Experience (10 years or more), elevator experience only,
  • Experience in TKE or other elevator company (KONE, OTIS or Schindler).
  • Already in manager position.
