Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Warmly welcome customers, offer personalized guidance, and deliver high-quality service to every visitor at our Jeddah store.
  • Sales Performance: Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding sales objectives by presenting product options, identifying upsell opportunities, and offering appropriate solutions based on customer needs.
  • Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with Niceone's evolving product range and current digital retail trends to confidently guide customers in their purchasing decisions.
  • Efficient Order Handling: Utilize digital POS systems to process transactions accurately and ensure sales records are maintained with precision.
  • Building Customer Relationships: Cultivate customer trust and loyalty through professional communication, attentive after-sales support, and ongoing relationship management within the Jeddah community.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with sales and operations colleagues, sharing knowledge and collaborating to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Store Presentation: Support visual merchandising efforts and ensure the store environment consistently reflects Niceone's high brand standards.
  • Resolving Customer Concerns: Address questions, resolve challenges, and provide solutions promptly or escalate issues when necessary, ensuring a positive customer journey.

Educational Background: High school diploma preferred; additional sales or retail coursework is a plus.

Relevant Experience: Minimum one year in retail sales or customer-facing roles is preferred; experience in digital retail or e-commerce is advantageous.

Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic is required, and English language ability is valued for serving a broader customer base.

Customer Service Mindset: Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and consistently deliver expert, tailored service.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with digital applications, mobile devices, and point-of-sale technology.
