We are looking for a confirmed SAP GRDC SME to support the implementation and securing of Group Reporting and Group Reporting Data Collection (GRDC) processes.

You will be working in a critical context marked by an imminent go-live phase (April 1st) , with parallel runs underway and dry runs planned in advance.

Technical skills

• Excellent understanding of SAP GR / GRDC end-to-end processes.
• Ability to analyze, evaluate, challenge and validate automated controls.
• Excellent communication, document structuring, rigor and proactivity.
• Strong ability to work in sensitive contexts, subject to time constraints.
• Professional English required.

Main missions

• Validate the design of 17 18 controls (automated and semi-automated) in SAP GR / GRDC.
• Verify the consistency, relevance and compliance of controls from the perspective of SOX & internal audit .
• Provide support during parallel runs and reassemble the carts.
• Validate the linked processes:
  • uploading flat files from non-SAP financial systems
  • the associated control narratives
• Participate in the first execution of controls in April and ensure readiness for the closing of Q1 .
• Collaborating closely with the Finance, Consolidation, Compliance, Deloitte and Accenture teams.
• Document the discrepancies, risks, recommendations and corrective actions.
