Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Pre-Sales Delivery Consultant to join our dynamic sales and delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the pre-sales process by collaborating with sales teams, providing SAP expertise, delivering compelling presentations, and designing tailored solutions that meet the business needs of our clients. You will work closely with prospects, clients, and internal teams to drive SAP solution discussions and ensure that the proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.

Job responsibilities

  1. Pre-Sales Support: Work alongside the sales team to provide SAP expertise during the sales process. Support the identification of customer requirements, design SAP solutions, and present them to clients through engaging demos, presentations, and proposal documents.
  2. Solution Design: Collaborate with prospects and clients to understand their business needs and translate them into detailed SAP solution proposals. This includes designing and presenting SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, and other SAP-based solutions (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba).
  3. Proposal Development: Develop detailed proposals, RFP (Request for Proposal) responses, and solution blueprints that clearly articulate the value of SAP solutions and how they address client challenges and goals.
  4. Client Engagement: Engage with clients in pre-sales meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions to gather business requirements and demonstrate how SAP solutions will drive business transformation.
  5. Demos and Presentations: Conduct tailored SAP demos, workshops, and presentations to showcase the capabilities of SAP solutions, including product features, business processes, and potential ROI.
  6. Solution Validation: Work with solution architects and delivery teams to ensure proposed SAP solutions are feasible and can be delivered within the client s time and budget constraints.
  7. Customization & Configuration: Provide input into solution design and configuration, ensuring that proposed SAP systems are customized to meet specific business processes and functional requirements.
  8. Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date on SAP product offerings, market trends, and competitor solutions to ensure the best possible recommendations for clients.
  9. Collaboration with Delivery Teams: Work closely with delivery teams to ensure the smooth transition from pre-sales to project implementation. Assist in providing insights during the implementation phase, ensuring alignment with the original proposal and solution.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of pre-sales materials, case studies, and best practices for SAP pre-sales engagements.
