We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Project Manager / Solution Architect to lead and drive SAP implementations, upgrades, and transformations for our clients. In this role, you will combine your deep technical expertise in SAP with strong project management skills to oversee the full lifecycle of SAP solutions. As a leader, you will manage cross-functional teams, define and design SAP solutions, and ensure successful project delivery that meets business goals, timelines, and budgets.

1. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and budget constraints. Drive all phases of the project, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
2. Solution Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of SAP solutions that address the business needs of the client. Ensure that the solution is scalable, sustainable, and aligned with industry best practices.
3. Client Consultation: Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements, helping them define requirements and mapping these to SAP capabilities. Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to senior stakeholders.
4. Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including SAP functional and technical consultants, business analysts, and other stakeholders. Ensure that teams collaborate effectively and maintain high levels of performance throughout the project lifecycle.
5. End-to-End Project Delivery: Manage all aspects of SAP project delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support. Ensure the SAP system meets business objectives and is integrated seamlessly with other enterprise systems.
6. Risk Management & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and roadblocks. Lead problem-solving and provide timely resolutions to project challenges.
7. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, business leaders, technical teams, and vendors, ensuring alignment across the project.
8. Quality Assurance: Maintain project quality standards by ensuring that all deliverables are consistent with best practices, client expectations, and SAP standards.
9. Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of SAP solutions by business users. Provide training, develop user adoption strategies, and support continuous improvement.
10. Documentation & Reporting: Ensure proper documentation of all project processes, configurations, and key decisions. Provide regular status reports to clients and internal leadership on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
