JOB PURPOSE:
As part of the multi-disciplinary clinical team, to participate in the assessment, planning and implementation of individualised therapeutic interventions for patients. To Identify nutritional problems and assess the nutritional status of patients, develop diet plans and counsel patients and families regarding special diet modifications.
To provide good communication links with patients and families, and with other clinicians and services, to provide a patient-centred, holistic service. Benefits One year renewable contract.
