NURSING PROCEDURES:
Age Specific Paediatric physical assessment and vital signs monitoring
Assisting physician during procedure
Point of care testing e.g. blood glucose testing
Paediatric resuscitation airway management e.g. suctioning, oxygen administration, respiratory, BP, oxygen saturation monitoring
Tracheostomy care
Administration of monoclonal antibodies
Care of patient on Phototherapy
Isolation procedures
Bowel preparation
IV insertion, fluid administration
Management of Central Venous Catheters
Total Parenteral nutrition administration
Blood and blood product administration
Moderate sedation e.g. CT, MRI, and EEG
ECG
Phlebotomy
Sleep apnoea monitoring
Formula and gavage feeding
Management of patient on oral Mild Sedation

Travel & Relocation

Initial Airfare: One-way economy ticket from your home country to the work site.
Annual Leave Ticket: Round-trip economy ticket after completing one year and renewing for at least 12 months.
Mid-Year Ticket: Provided as applicable.
Repatriation Ticket: One-way economy ticket upon contract completion, termination, or resignation after one year.


Compensation & Rewards

Overtime Pay: 150% of the regular hourly rate.
Stand-by Pay: 10% of the regular hourly rate.
Annual Merit Increase: Based on performance evaluation.
End of Service Award: In accordance with Saudi Labour Law (Articles 84 & 85).
Re-contracting Bonus: One month s basic salary for nursing and allied health staff renewing after one year.


Housing & Transportation

Housing Provided: Subject to eligibility and availability.
Housing Allowance: 25% of basic salary (up to SAR 20,000/year) if housing is not provided.
Transportation Allowance: SAR 800/month if transport is not provided.
Shuttle Service: Provided between housing and the work site.


Medical Care & Uniforms

Medical Coverage: Provided, excluding cosmetic, dental, obstetric, and IVF services.
Uniforms: Supplied for designated roles.


Leave & Holidays

Annual Leave: Approximately 61 calendar days per year. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Current licensure as a professional registered nurse
Minimum of two (2) years of current clinical nursing experience in paediatrics
