توجد هذه الوظيفة للمساعدة في أي أو جميع جوانب المالية بما في ذلك، ولكن لا تقتصر على: الرواتب، الحسابات الدائنة، الحسابات المستحقة، الميزانية والتوقعات، إدارة النفقات، إدارة النقد، التدقيق الداخلي، محاسبة التكاليف، محاسبة الأصول الثابتة. ستكون جزءًا من فريق يؤمن بأهمية العمل الذي يؤثر على الناس والكوكب.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- العمل كنقطة محورية لـ ERP ولوحات المعلومات المالية
- دعم التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي
- فحص المخزون في المواقع بالتنسيق مع مهندسي المشروع.
- التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى للحصول على البيانات لتسجيل وتحديث دفاتر الحسابات.
- إعداد تحليل التكلفة لجميع النفقات التقديرية.
- إعداد بيانات الصندوق النقدي الصغير وتحديث الدفاتر
- إدارة الحسابات الدائنة والحسابات المستحقة
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير IFRS/GAAP والرقابة الداخلية
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية/المحاسبة/النظام أو مجال ذي صلة
المؤهلات المفضلة
- يفضل إتقان ERP SAP و Power BI
- مهارات عددية قوية
- قدرة على القيام بعدة مهام في وقت واحد
