Overview

The successful candidate will provide individual and group counselling, deliver proactive wellbeing programmes, and work closely with staff and families to foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive school culture. You will play a key role in safeguarding, early intervention, and promoting positive mental health strategies that empower students to thrive both in and beyond the classroom.

Working within a collaborative pastoral team, the School Counsellor will contribute to whole-school wellbeing initiatives, staff training, and the development of policies that prioritise student care.
