Your role:
Ensure the safety and security of customers, employees, and the establishment as a whole;
Assess and report any violation of the law or establishment policy, as well as accidents, complaints, criminal activity, and crisis situations;
Monitor the premises, cash accounts, and customer flow;
Inform and assist customers regarding the establishment's facilities and equipment.
