الأدوار والمسؤوليات


  • Prepares and records assets, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions, resolving discrepancies
  • Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
  • Summarizes financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
  • Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts, providing information for auditors.
  • Avoid legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
  • Secures financial information by completing database backups.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Produces payroll by initiating computer processing, printing checks, verifying finished product.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).

  • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the software/SaaS industry.

  • Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books and other Zoho Finance modules.

  • Experience with subscription billing, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and deferred revenue management.

  • Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance.

  • High proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
