We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Application Support Analyst to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing advanced L2/L3 application support, customising and enhancing ERP systems, managing integrations, and ensuring overall system stability and performance. This role plays a vital part in supporting business operations, improving system functionality, and ensuring seamless application performance across the organisation.

- Senior Application Support Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced L2/L3 application support for Odoo and Dynamics 365, resolving complex issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Customise and enhance ERP systems by developing modules, automations, scripts, and workflow improvements.
• Administer and configure ERP modules, ensuring smooth integrations with internal and external systems.
• Monitor application performance to maintain system stability, availability, and data accuracy.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and contribute to process improvements and controlled deployments.

  Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in Application Support or Software Development.
  • Technical Skills: Strong in C# .NET, Python, REST APIs, integrations, and SQL databases (PostgreSQL / MS SQL).
  • ERP Expertise: Hands-on experience with Odoo (v12 v17) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O / Business Central / CRM).
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication, and independence.
  • Additional Advantage: Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), Git/DevOps tools, ticketing systems, Docker/CI/CD, plus a BD in IT or related field.
