Main activities:

  • To be responsible for the business relationship with clients and prospects
  • It is the contact channel for customers/prospects.
  • In particular, he does his best to coordinate the actions of the product lines and/or subsidiaries involved and to continue to improve the success of the business opportunities identified in his portfolio.
  • He manages daily business with corporate clients, with the appropriate level of relationship intensity according to client segmentation and status (commercial posture indicator).
  • He writes a call memo after customer visits/phone calls.
  • Working closely with the Business Group pilot and in accordance with the Pilot/Contributor Service Level Agreement, he manages MNC and LC clients.
  • When necessary, he asks for the Green Light - He effectively uses the tools at his disposal to manage the relationship with clients.
  • To implement a business development strategy with clients in one's portfolio
  • He is actively seeking out the opportunities assigned to him.
  • He identifies and seizes all business opportunities to fuel his deal pipeline.
  • By developing Cross-Selling, it strengthens BNP Paribas' brand image in the corporate market.
  • It allows product lines or subsidiaries to make the most of their business opportunities and increases the chances of success.
  • To this end, he communicates all relevant information, optimizes opportunity management time, coordinates actions with the product line or between product lines and, if necessary, solicits a sponsor (person capable of maximizing the chances of success).
  • In collaboration with the product lines, he ensures that business opportunities are regularly updated.
  • Define your individual action plan and achieve the sales objectives negotiated with your management.
