Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to define, document, and manage comprehensive business requirements aligned with Saudi market needs
• Process Analysis & Optimization: Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency gains, and optimization
• User Story Development: Create detailed, well-structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria that guide development teams effectively
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development teams throughout the implementation phase to ensure accurate translation of requirements into deliverables
• Gap Analysis: Conduct thorough gap analyses and propose practical solutions to bridge business needs with technical capabilities
• UAT Support: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution to validate that deliverables meet business expectations and quality standards
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate cross-functional meetings and maintain clear communication channels across all levels of the organization, including with Saudi-based stakeholders

• Experience: 3 6 years of proven business analysis experience in a professional environment
• Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; strong proficiency in English is required
• Cultural Understanding: Experience working with Saudi clients, Saudi-based companies, or demonstrated understanding of Saudi business culture and practices is strongly preferred
• Agile Methodology: Hands-on experience working in agile environments and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Technical Tools: Proficiency in requirements management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
• SDLC Knowledge: Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing processes
• Communication: Excellent documentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Meeting Facilitation: Proven experience facilitating and leading cross-functional meetings with diverse teams
