Main tasks:

1. Business Analyst Activities

• Gather, challenge and formalize business requirements (user stories)
• Prioritize the features with the highest added value
• Model and simplify business processes and management rules
• Identify cross-cutting impacts and guide users in their choices
• Harmonizing processes for a target group architecture
• Document the end-to-end solution

2. Expertise domaine Investment Assets

• Ensure consistency of orientations with the Group strategy
• Represent the entity in the domain instances
• Identify, assess and manage the risks impacting the field
• Managing change and supporting stakeholders
• Participating in decision-making bodies and exercising one's duty to report wrongdoing

3. Sharing and outreach

• Maintain active monitoring (Agile, Cloud, AI)
• To propose and lead technological developments
• Promote sharing and disseminating expertise

Technical skills:

• Investment management solutions (SAP IMA or equivalent)
• Project tracking tools (ServiceNow, Jira/Confluence)
• IFRS 9 Accounting and Market Finance
• SWIFT messages (financial sector)
