Senior Contracts Manager Innovo Build LLC

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Innovo Group you will play a crucial role in enhancing the Tendering Department's accuracy and efficiency. This position is designed to manage and oversee evaluating and analysing all bill of quantities (BOQ) matters across one or more allocated projects. By providing precise calculations and ensuring compliance with client requirements, you will help minimise company risks and support the achievement of strategic financial objectives. Your expertise will be key in upholding the integrity of tender submissions and ensuring that all financial assessments align with IBUILD's standards and client expectations.

• Tender Document Review: Thoroughly review and compare tender documents, including specifications, drawings, BOQs, and addenda to identify discrepancies.
• Tender Queries: Send out queries to clients regarding discrepancies or when additional documents are needed.
• BOQ Analysis: Add comments on items to be priced, quantify and identify any missing items that need to be incorporated within the tender offer.
• Lump Sum Assessments: Check and validate the backup of components of lump sum items to assist the Tendering Department in making accurate bid assessments.
• Qualifications Submission: Submit a list of qualifications in case of any discrepancies between tender drawings and BOQs.
• Document Comparison: Compare contract documents with tender documents post-project award to ensure consistency.
• Policy Enforcement: Ensure compliance with all established HSE & Quality policies throughout project processes.
• Violation Management: Report and resolve all policy violations in a timely manner.
• HSE System Implementation: Effectively implement the HSE Management system as per organizational procedures
