We are seeking a skilled Senior Cybersecurity Technology Professional Services Engineer with specialized expertise in designing, implementing, and managing advanced cybersecurity solutions for cyberani customers. This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, excellent customer-facing skills, and the ability to lead complex projects from planning to completion.

Responsibilities:

Security Technology Implementation

Deploy, configure, and fine-tune a variety of cybersecurity technologies based on customer-specific architectures and business requirements also, collaborate with project managers to align technical workstreams with overall delivery plans.

Customer Support & Operations

Provide enhanced technical support to cyberani customers for deployed security solutions and support for root cause analysis, and post-implementation troubleshooting.

Integration services

Develop and support integrations between security platforms.

Security Posture Improvement

Analize customer environments to identify security gaps and recommend solution improvements.

Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship

Support team members and provide guidance on best practices and technical troubleshooting and contribute to internal knowledge bases and technical playbooks.

Documentation & Compliance

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including design diagrams, configuration guides, and support runbooks.
