Job Overview
We are seeking a data-driven professional with extensive hands-on experience in big data analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. This role requires strong technical proficiency in data analytics tools, programming languages, and visualization platforms, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to deliver accurate, insightful reports that support business growth and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
Based on business goals and business models, establish a comprehensive, accurate, and objective indicator system and monitoring and analysis framework. At the same time, based on the business monitoring and analysis framework, clearly understand the overall business situation and locate business issues;
Through thematic analysis, conduct in-depth analysis of business issues, provide data support and decision-making basis for company operational decisions, marketing strategies, product directions, etc.;
Precipitation analysis method and monitoring framework, extract data product requirements, collaborate with relevant teams (such as development team, product team) and promote the landing of data products;
Collaborate with relevant teams to organize training and sharing of concepts, skills, methods, and tools related to data technology.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in statistics, mathematics, information technology, or economics, with 3-5 years of relevant work experience;
Experience in digital currency, internet, and e-commerce is preferred;
Good logical analysis ability and data sensitivity, able to extract core results from massive data, timely discover and analyze deep changes and root causes behind business appearances;
Proficient in data extraction tools such as SQL, proficient in operating tools such as Excel, PPT, Tableau, etc.;
Strong logical thinking ability, outstanding language expression ability, proficient in independently writing business Data Analysis reports;
Good business knowledge and understanding of business mechanisms and models, able to insight into business opportunities from the perspective of business development;
Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, with certain XFN and cross-team project experience, able to independently promote project execution.
