الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and process data from multiple sources (databases, ERP/CRM systems, Excel files, etc.).
  • Clean, validate, and ensure the accuracy and quality of data for analysis.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau to support business decision-making.
  • Perform data analysis to extract insights and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Design and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data.
  • Automate reporting and analytics tasks using Python or other suitable tools.
  • Support the development of predictive and statistical models to analyze trends and forecast outcomes.
  • Contribute to improving data infrastructure and database design.
  • Document analysis processes, methodologies, and reports for future reference.
  • Train and support stakeholders on how to use dashboards and reports effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, quality, and security standards

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and management.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas).
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Proficiency in Python (libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn) for analysis and automated reporting.
  • Solid knowledge of ETL processes and data transformation (data cleaning, preparation, and integration).
  • Experience working with ERP/CRM systems or custom databases, with knowledge of integration techniques.
  • Workflow analysis and modeling skills (familiarity with UML is preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to design and develop interactive dashboards that support decision-making.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
