Senior Discipline Engineer (Civil)

JASARA PMC is in search of a seasoned Senior Discipline Engineer (Civil) to join our elite engineering team. In this vital role, you will lead civil engineering efforts on major projects, ensuring that our infrastructure solutions are not only practical but also innovative and sustainable. You will collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to bring infrastructure visions to life across Saudi Arabia.

Your expertise in civil engineering principles and practices will guide the project from conceptualization through to execution, and you will help foster a culture of excellence within the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead civil engineering design and analysis for diverse infrastructure projects.
• Develop and review engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates, ensuring thorough compliance with local regulations and project standards.
• Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams, including landscape, environmental, and structural engineers, to achieve integrated project solutions.
• Conduct quality assessments and site evaluations to inform engineering decisions and design enhancements.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff in civil engineering practices and standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in civil engineering.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within all engineering projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional civil engineering experience, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
• Proven expertise in civil engineering design, project management, and construction methodologies.
• Strong understanding of local codes, regulations, and standards applicable to civil works in Saudi Arabia.
• Proficient in engineering software, including but not limited to AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other related design applications.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Experience in mentoring and developing engineering talent.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
