We are hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer (Onsite) for utility-scale Solar PV EPC projects (10MW & 20MW) in North Macedonia- Oslomej & Bitola. The candidate will be responsible for onsite electrical execution, supervision, testing, and commissioning support, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise onsite electrical installation works for Solar PV projects
Execute works as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
Manage electrical subcontractors and site teams
Oversee installation of PV modules, inverters, DC/AC cabling, MV/LV systems, transformers, and substations
Ensure compliance with HSE and Quality standards
Conduct inspections, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning support
Coordinate with civil, commissioning, client, and consultant teams
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
Resolve onsite technical and execution issues

Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
5–10 years experience in Solar PV / Power / EPC projects
Strong onsite execution experience in utility-scale Solar PV plants
Knowledge of IEC / IEEE standards and grid connection works
Experience in EPC contractor environment
Good communication and leadership skills
