Lead the end-to-end procurement process for Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) for large-scale projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and engineering teams to define FF&E requirements and specifications.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure high-quality products and services at competitive prices.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability, quality, and compliance with project standards.
- Oversee the preparation and management of procurement contracts, purchase orders, and related documentation.
- Monitor and track FF&E procurement schedules, budgets, and delivery timelines to ensure alignment with project milestones.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new products, trends, and potential suppliers.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to manage the delivery, storage, and installation of FF&E items.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the procurement process.
- Prepare and present procurement reports, cost analyses, and risk assessments to senior management.

Bachelor's degree of Architecture engineering, fine or applied arts
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in FF&E procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management within engineering, construction, or hospitality sectors.
- Proficiency in CAD.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale FF&E procurement projects from inception to completion.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract administration skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of FF&E materials, specifications, and industry standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
