Create and execute compelling visual designs for print, digital, and outdoor media
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing collateral
- Conceptualize and produce new logos, advertisements, and artworks for projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm creative ideas and meet communication goals
- Manage design projects from concept to completion, adhering to timelines and quality standards
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure optimal production of design jobs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, implementing innovative solutions
- Archive and organize all design assets, including photos, logos, and collateral materials
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and event concepts
- Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction when needed
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on marketing and events
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Adobe Flash
- Strong animation and motion graphics skills
- Advanced communication skills in English and Arabic, both verbal and written
- Excellent project management abilities, including time management and prioritization
- Proven experience in brand development and guideline implementation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in designing for various media, including print, digital, and outdoor advertising
- Knowledge of UAE culture and design preferences
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for design excellence
- Impressive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects
- Familiarity with current design trends and emerging technologies in the field
