Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in audits covering Branch Operations across the FAB Group
• Assess governance, internal controls, operational processes, and regulatory alignment
• Ensure audit assignments follow the Annual Audit Plan and meet timelines
• Maintain the Audit Universe and risk assessments across Branch Operations and subsidiaries
• Evaluate whether risks are defined, classified, and managed effectively
• Determine adequacy of controls and identify enhancements where required
• Verify reliability and integrity of operational data and transaction processing
• Ensure safeguarding of assets and efficiency in resource utilization
• Review audit working papers, finalize reports, and agree management action plans
• Guide junior auditors and support knowledge sharing within the team
• Promote values, ethics, and compliance culture across audit activities
• Support Head of Audit in special reviews, investigations, and assigned tasks
• Maintain effective relationships with Branch Operations teams and act as Audit Business Partner
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions and follow up on outstanding issues
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities aligned with industry standards
